“Ministry is a marathon, not a sprint.”
I’m not sure who first said this statement, but I’ve heard it throughout my life. Here are a few things I’ve learned as a marathon runner and how they relate to ministry.
“Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.”
