We love the idea of getting rich quick, viral videos and overnight success stories. It’s less attractive to think about someone working on their lives and it paying off. That story doesn’t sell as much, but that’s the story we must tell. Stay faithful, keep working at it. Don’t give up. Put one foot in front of the other.
It’s God’s story. He never fails. He never gives up on us. He pursues us. There is no shadow of turning in him. Little choices over time add up. Make the small steps each day. Keep your eyes on the prize and push forward.
